What we are looking for:

We are looking for talent who knows what it takes to deliver the best service to our customers. You will be joining the Customer Care team to provide support for post sales services.

You will need to attend to customers post-sale enquiry, policy servicing and ongoing customer relationship management. Your role will largely involve with payment-related follow up and settlement, deliver excellent level customer satisfaction.

Your day to day responsibilities:

  • In charge of policies validation and follow up, which includes calling customers for payment collection
  • Assisting with endorsement/ policy corrections/ policy cancellation, as required
  • Using professional writing skills, prepare email replies to customer in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Handling inbound call for all customer’s enquiries including quote enquiries, policy servicing and issuance
  • Attend to any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Team Lead/Manager

Job Requirements:

  • BCP, PGI and COMGI certified candidates preferred. Successful candidates without certifications must aim to obtain the mentioned certification before commencement of employment.
  • Diploma holder, GCE ‘O’ level with experience will be considered
  • Great attention to detail and customer service recovery skills required.
  • Strong PC skills required to handle an array of fast pace tasks.
  • Good communication skills, energetic and service oriented.
  • Prior call centre working experience would be a great advantage!
