To protect the health and well-being of our colleagues and customers, we have implemented the following precautionary measures at our Customer Care Centre reception with immediate effect:
All customers entering our premises will be required to undergo temperature screening and complete a travel history declaration form.
For safety reasons, we regretfully have to decline entry into our premises if you:
register a temperature of 38°C and above; or
are unwell with respiratory symptoms (e.g. runny nose, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath); or
have visited Mainland China, South Korea, Iran, Italy and Japan in the last 14 days; or
have been in close contact with any persons warded for observation or diagnosed as a suspected case in the last 14 days.
Please seek medical care if you feel unwell or are running a temperature of 38°C and above.
As a preventive measure, we have made some adjustment to our resources as follows:
