What to expect when you visit us
To protect our staff and customers, all visitors will need to follow the below safety measures:
- Arrive on time at your confirmed appointment slot
- Keep your mask on at all times
- Check in with SafeEntry before entering our premises
- Cooperate with mandatory temperature checks
- Keep a safe distance of at least 1 metre from others
Regretfully, we will have to decline entry into our premises if you are running a temperature of 38°C and above or show signs of respiratory symptoms (e.g. runny nose, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath).
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act accordingly in the best interests of our customers and colleagues.
