If you are on the automatic renewal arrangement, you do not have to do anything and we will deduct/charge the renewal premium from your credit card known to us 14 days before the renewal date (“Deduction Date”).
If you do not wish to renew your policy, please inform us at least 2 working days before the Deduction Date and your policy will lapse after the last day of cover.
If you opted out of the automatic renewal arrangement, we will send you a renewal reminder before your policy expires.
Here are three easy ways to renew your policy and start your coverage.
Paying by credit card?
Please call us at 6221 2111, Mondays to Fridays, 8am - 8pm and Saturdays, 9am - 3pm (excluding public holidays). Alternatively, you can log into the Policy Manager via www.budgetdirect.com.sg and renew anytime at your convenience.
Paying by cash?
Visit our Customer Care Centre, Mondays to Fridays, 8am - 8pm and Saturdays, 9am - 3pm (excluding public holidays). Please do not send cash in the mail.
Paying by cheque?
Choose to post (at least 7 working days before your policy’s Start Date) or drop off your cheque at our Customer Care Centre. Please make your cheque payable to:
