Renew your insurance online

At least 14 days before your motor or annual travel policy’s auto-renewal or expiry date, we’ll send you a renewal offer (or expiry notice, if we do not offer to renew your policy).

Automatic renewal (default)

  1. Unless you’ve requested otherwise, your policy is set to renew automatically.
  2. Your cover will continue as long as you keep paying your premiums.
  3. Log into your Policy Manager.
  4. Click/tap the button for the relevant policy – you’ll see the date your policy will expire.
  5. Click/tap ‘Renew Online Now/Review Renewal’.

Manual renewal

If you’ve opted out of auto-renewal, we’ll send you a renewal reminder and you’ll need to renew your cover manually either online or over the phone.

Cancel your policy

You can cancel your policy online anytime by logging in to your Policy Manager. If you need assistance, please call us at 6047 2122 Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 6pm (Closed on weekends and public holidays).

Why can't I edit some of my policy details?

There are some policy details you cannot edit (indicated by a padlock symbol). For help to change these details, please contact us.

What is a Buddy ID?

When you buy a policy from us for the first time, we issue you with your Buddy ID. It’s your unique identification number that you can share with friends via your Buddy ID Referral Link. It invites them to buy a policy and enjoy e-voucher rewards under our Bring a Buddy Programme.

You can even buy additional policies for yourself using your own Buddy ID and get rewarded with up to $50^ in e-vouchers under the Buddy ID Additional Policy Programme. ^Find out more.

How do I log into my Policy Manager?

You can log into Policy Manager with the SingPass app. Alternatively, log in with your registered email address and OTP. If you need assistance, please call 6047 2122. Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 6pm (Closed on weekends and public holidays). Alternatively, please call us at 6040 2111.

Why can I no longer log into my Policy Manager using my NRIC?

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can no longer log into your Policy Manager using your NRIC/FIN/Passport number. Your email address is now used as your primary Policy Manager login ID to replace your NRIC login. If you need assistance, please call 6047 2122. Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 6pm (Closed on weekends and public holidays). Alternatively, please call us at 6040 2111.
