Login to your Policy Manager using your registered e-mail address.

Your email address has replaced your NRIC/FIN/Passport number as your login ID. This change is in line with advisory guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission to better ensure the security of your personal data.

If you would like to change your login ID, you can update your registered e-mail address by calling us and we will be happy to sort it out for you.

How to complete common tasks

View your policy details
  1. Log into Policy Manager.
  2. Click/tap the button for the relevant policy.
Update your contact details
  1. Log into your Policy Manager.
  2. Click/tap 'Contact Details'.
  3. Follow the prompts.
Renew your insurance online

At least 14 days before your motor or annual travel policy’s auto-renewal or expiry date, we’ll send you a renewal offer (or expiry notice, if we do not offer to renew your policy).

Automatic renewal (default)

  1. Unless you’ve requested otherwise, your policy is set to renew automatically.
  2. Your cover will continue as long as you keep paying your premiums.
  3. Log into your Policy Manager.
  4. Click/tap the button for the relevant policy – you’ll see the date your policy will expire.
  5. Click/tap ‘Renew Online Now/Review Renewal’.

Manual renewal

If you’ve opted out of auto-renewal, we’ll send you a renewal reminder and you’ll need to renew your cover manually either online or over the phone.

Why can't I edit some of my policy details?

There are some policy details you cannot edit (indicated by a padlock symbol). For help to change these details, please contact us.

What is a Buddy ID?

Your Buddy ID is used as part of our Bring a Buddy reward scheme or refer a friend program. This is your unique identification number that you can share with friends and family inviting them to buy a policy. Find out more

How do I login to my Policy Manager?

Your email address is used as your primary Policy Manager login ID. If you need assistance, please call 6221 2111. Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 3pm (excluding public holidays)

Why can I no longer login to my Policy Manager using my NRIC?

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can longer login to your Policy Manager using your NRIC/FIN/Passport number. Your email address is now used as your primary Policy Manager login ID to replace your NRIC login. If you need assistance, please call 6221 2111. Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 3pm (excluding public holidays)
