Step 1:

Click on the eCapitaVoucher Acceptance Link sent through to your email address

Step 2:

Your eCapitaVouchers will be reflected in your CapitaStar account, under “My Balance Summary – eCapitaVoucher”

You can still receive the eCapitaVoucher in your Web Wallet. Complete your sign up with your mobile number.

To use your eCapitaVoucher(s) from web wallet or via the CapitaStar mobile app, you will be required to login with the same registered mobile number.

How can I accept the eCapitaVoucher that I received from Budget Direct Insurance?

We will send you an email to the registered account that we have on file for you. From the email you receive, click on the link to “Accept eCapitaVoucher” and it will lead you to a web wallet. Complete your sign up with your mobile number. You will be asked to download the CapitaStar App for greater ease of usage of your eCapitaVoucher(s).

Remember to click on the link “Accept eCapitaVoucher” and activate your e-voucher before its expiry date . Once you have accepted and activated your e-voucher you have up to 12 months in which to spend and redeem it.

How do I shop with my eCapitaVoucher?

Once you have accepted your eCapitaVouchers, you will be invited to download the CapitaStar App. When you login to the app, you will be able to see your total available balance on the top right corner of the home page.

Simply tap on “eCapitaVoucher”, select “Use to Pay” and scan the merchant's QR code to enter the amount that you want to use. Slide to pay and your transaction is completed!

Can I forward a gift eCapitaVoucher I received to someone else?

The eCapitaVouchers from Budget Direct Insurance is our way to “thank you” for your ongoing support.

No, you should not forward the eCapitaVoucher to someone else, as we will not be responsible or liable for any loss/misuse/issue arising from this action. If you forward your gift eCapitaVoucher to someone else, you take the risk that the forwarded eCapitaVoucher may be forfeited or lost or unable to be activated or the person to whom you forwarded it to may be unable to redeem or spend the eCapitaVoucher. We will not replace your gift eCapitaVoucher in such instances.
