Frequently Asked Questions

What documents will I receive after purchasing my motor insurance policy?

Upon purchase, you will receive the following documents: Policy Summary, Certificate of Insurance, Policy Schedule, Tax Invoice, and Product Disclosure Document. Do note, that customers who choose to go "Paperless," will receive these documents via email and will enjoy a $20 saving on their premium (before prevailing GST). Once you receive these documents, please read through them carefully. Contact us immediately if you notice any errors in your personal or vehicle details in the documents or if you find that you require more insurance coverage than what is detailed in these documents. You can also reach out if you simply need help understanding the documents. This is an IMPORTANT step, as these documents form part of our insurance contract with you.

Can I get a quote and buy motor insurance over the phone?

Yes, of course. Our award-winning team is on hand to assist you every step of the way. Just pick up the phone and call us at 6221 2111, and our customer care team will assist you Mondays to Fridays 9am – 8pm, and Saturdays 9am – 3pm (Closed on Sundays and public holidays).

Can I cancel my motor insurance policy?

You can cancel your policy by providing at least 7 days' written notice. If cancelled before or on the policy start date, a cancellation fee of $50.00 (before prevailing GST) applies. After the policy start date, a premium refund of 80% of the unused premium will be granted only if no claims have been made and/or incidents reported.

Why can’t I obtain a quote for my vehicle's make and model?

If you don't find your specific car or motorcycle model listed during the online quoting process, please contact us. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you in getting the information you need.

Do you provide insurance for electric vehicles?

Yes, we do for limited makes and models. If you can’t find your make or model on our website, please contact us. We’re here to help.
